Management Services

This particular division in our company is to simplify the task of managing the properties of our clients either it be individual villas, apartments or bare lands. We intend to take up the management of the unmanned properties of our clients who are unable to attend the regular maintenance or renovations due to lack of time or reasons like the owners are residing abroad. This will be done as per the needs of the clients like one time service or an annual basis at fixed service charges of the company. This includes the entire services like paying taxes, cleaning of land and all utility services as requested by the owners.

Property Management Scheme

Our idea of property management arose from the thoughts we had about the various unmanned properties seen in our state, owned by NRI's and even owners residing in India. What could be assessed was that this happens due to lack of time to monitor the properties which they own and are lying at different locations. We intend to offer a service to such owners where we will take care of these properties and do all the needful services as and when requested by them at nominal service charges. The properties can be managed as per the requested of the owners whether it be selling, renting out, maintenance services and management of the properties.

Rental Services

In case of the properties where the owners intend to rent out, we make sure that the same is rented out to the right clients, assure proper payments of the receipt of rents and also take up the necessary maintenance in the property and other required services including the agreements on yearly basis.

Selling of Properties

Our main aim by giving importance to property management in general is to assure clear idea of the prices existing in the located for sales and assuring that the client gets the best deal that is possible to make sure that there are no hazzles in the deal for our clients.
